Optus cyberattack

Optus have recently experienced a cyberattack and are investigating the unauthorised access of data on their systems.

While we use the Optus network as a wholesale provider for our mobile phone services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus.

Our systems and those of our upstream carrier partners are unaffected and remain safe to use as normal.
